Updates and Pain

Hello faithful reader! I am typing this quite slowly today because I sustained an injury. Yep. No surprise there. I sliced a chunk of flesh off of my left middle fingertip on a mandolin. You know, one of those veggie slicers? Yeah. It sucks. It bled pretty good and thankfully I didn’t have to get stitches, but it is wrapped up pretty tightly and it hurts. So, this week’s blog is going to be short because typing is really tough.

As for my weight loss program, well, I have been keeping steady but I am just not losing any more weight. It’s kinda disheartening and discouraging. Good news though, is that I have been walking over 10k steps every day!
