Health and Diet Report

Hello faithful reader. I hope all is well with you. I have been slowly starving myself over the course of the last week. I was steadily dropping the weight but of course, on my first cheat day, I blew it. I went way overboard and engorged myself and almost fell of the wagon. Thankfully, I was able to pull myself up by my bootstraps and soldier on. Such is the struggle with weight loss I suppose.

I have a new toy! My wife was gracious enough to let me purchase an Apple iWatch! It has almost changed the way that I work out and track my steps! I am slowly getting the hang of operating the little bugger, but it still confounds me. To the Internet!

I’m back. Yeah, not much help there. It all depends on the version and which application and so on. Time to get up, again.

In other news, my grand plans for hosting my own personal Diet Diary Database/Site have been dashed. I will need to really buckle down and learn several new programming languages and strategies. Or I can just download an app with a connected website and then subscribe ( I am hating this new freaking trend) to do all that I was planning on doing myself. I will be making some changes to my workout page so that I can better keep track of which exercises I am doing. Radio buttons are so 1990’s.
