The holidays are fast approaching and my household has started decorating. This past weekend my wife and daughter put out all of the snow globes, music boxes and various other Christmas knickknacks. All that is left is the tree and the outdoor lights. That is on me and my son to complete. Maybe this coming weekend I will tackle the bushes and house lighting. The tree will have to wait until after Thanksgiving.
Speaking of Thanksgiving, I am looking forward to getting together with the extended family this year. We had to remain apart last year because of Covid-19, but this year we are back to normal. It’ll be nice to see some of the older family members and reconnect.
In other news, I have finally completed the hardcover covers for Home Bound and New Homestead! They are now available on Amazon too! So now, I have them in eBook, paperback and now hardcover! I can’t wait to get my own copies.
I also made a new friend this past weekend at the Band Auction dinner. Marie W. works at the MacDonald Public Library and she informed me that they would love to have my books on their shelves! Holy Shit! That is totally one of my dreams! To have my book in the public library for anyone to borrow and love! That is freaking awesome!
