Anxiety. It\u2019s become a daily thing where my heart will start to race, my stomach sinks and my adrenaline spikes. For no apparent reason. Sometimes its because I have a thought about my kids or my dog makes a hacking noise, or my wife complains about a mystery pain, or I have a mystery pain. I hate it. I hate being scared that I might be having a heart attack or my kidneys are failing, or my lungs are filling with fluid because of an undiagnosed pneumonia!
