Hello faithful reader! I have some really great news! I am healing! My finger is still a bit tender in the deepest part of the cut, but it is healing and the pain is subsiding. My sciatic issue is also getting better! I powered through the pain and was able to continue getting at least 10,000 steps in each day. I wore a back brace for 4 days and paused my yoga sessions until I was able to move comfortably without pain. Well that day has come! I spent 30 minutes on Tuesday and Wednesday doing some yoga and I am feeling so much better! Also, I just got a new Wii U game, Wii U Fitness with a pedometer that can be used to track steps in game! Pretty excited to try it out!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Book 3 updates. Yeah. I have none. I really need to find some time in the day to get some writing done. I have to schedule some time somewhere to get back on track. I fell into a few rabbit holes, from tracking my diet and health, to dealing with my back\/finger pain, and even rediscovering my fondness for Top Gear. For those that aren\u2019t aware, Top Gear was a British auto program that ran for almost two decades and was presented by Richard \u201d \u2018Murica\u201d Hammond, James \u201cCaptain Slow\u201d May, and Jeremy \u201cThe Orangutan\u201d Clarkson! Youtube has many of their challenges, and trips available for view. Darn it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Woodworking. Nothing there either. It has been too cold and too many Girl Scout cookies in my garage\/work space. I\u2019d like to get back to that as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have also been busy going through some items that I have collected\/stored over the years and selling them on eBay. It is a little bittersweet but also a bit cathartic to be able to pass on my items to someone else that will cherish them as much as I did.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
