Hello folks! Great news! My wife and I have decided that we (I) would like to move in 3 years time! We are going ahead with some minor home improvements such as new counters and sinks in the kitchens and bathrooms, a new concrete patio, updated carriage lights and some other cosmetic improvements inside! I am stoked! I have already started looking at downsizing some of my collections to prepare for the move. I have already tossed some old models (Titanic and a Saturn V), and I have earmarked my KREO Transformer sets as going bye. I do have some Star Wars Plates that will not be making the move, nor will my pool table (maybe).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are looking at moving to a more rural area with 5-10 acres of wooded land. I want a pole barn and some property to raise some chickens and a garden on in addition to having a first floor study for work and writing. The rest of it I leave to my wife. I will defer to her needs, wants and tastes. She is not as excited as I am. Her sister is over the moon since she and her husband have also been looking at land to build on\/move to. She would like us to buy a huge lot ~60 acres or more, and then split it and we BOTH build on it. That is a little bit more daunting and will cost more $$$! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am excited and totally on board with updating the house, which the wife loves as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
